- 03Redeem when you wantIn the Redemption Centre, exchange the key for the product's issuer code.

How to redeem
1. Choose a package and pay with Pix, without providing a game account at checkout. 2. After payment confirmation, open your order to get your 20-character Tranzio key. You can keep it or give it as a gift. 3. On the Tranzio site, open “Redeem” and enter the key, without needing to provide a game account. Once redeemed, the key cannot be moved to another account. 4. Open “My redemptions” to view the official code. 5. Go to https://battle.net/code and sign in to, or create, a Blizzard Account. 6. Enter the PIN and confirm redemption to add the BRL balance to the account.
Region and notes
Valid for a Brazilian Battle.net Account with BRL balance. The product currency must match the balance currency. After redemption, Battle.net Balance cannot be transferred to another person or account or exchanged for cash. Some long-duration payment options are unavailable with balance. A Battle.net Authenticator is required to hold more than BRL 30.00 in balance.
Before payment
The key is released after Pix confirmation and security checks. You have 7 days after payment to withdraw: unredeemed keys are cancelled and the amount returns by Pix. Requests for redeemed keys are reviewed within 5 days.
