This page explains in plain language how the store addresses child and adolescent safety. Games may be probably accessed by this audience, so we use an adult-purchase rule and disclose relevant risks.
1. Accounts and purchases for people 18 or older
Only people aged 18 or older may create an account and buy. During registration, the person expressly states that they are 18 or older. Before the first purchase, they enter their date of birth in the profile, and the system refuses the order if it shows they are under 18. At checkout, the buyer confirms that they are 18 or older and responsible for the order.
We do not offer child, teen or linked accounts, or controls for linked profiles. Therefore, there are no purchase controls tied to minor profiles. If there are signs that an account belongs to a minor, it may be suspended and the order refunded.
A parent or legal guardian may buy through their own account for a minor's use. That adult is responsible for the purchase and must monitor game, account and spending use.
2. Game rating and suitability
The game page shows the age rating informed for it. The official rating is set by the publisher or ClassInd, when applicable. Guardians should check the game's official information and decide whether it is suitable for the minor.
3. Random rewards
Some games include paid random rewards, such as loot boxes or gacha. Where this occurs, the game page displays a notice. Tranzio sells game credits and codes; it does not sell loot boxes directly.
Law No. 15.211/2025 and Decree No. 12.880/2026 address protection of children and adolescents, age suitability and random rewards. The guardian should check the notice and game rules before purchase.
4. Privacy and advertising
We do not create profiles for children or adolescents. We do not conduct behavioural profiling, behavioural advertising or targeted advertising for children and adolescents. We collect only the data necessary for the adult account, payment, delivery and support.
If the product is intended for a minor, the guardian should avoid sharing passwords, login codes, Tranzio Keys, PINs, bank passwords, tokens or Pix authorisations.
5. How to report a risk
To report a risk to a child or adolescent, a purchase by a minor, unsuitable age information, a concern related to random rewards or another problem, use Reporting Channel and select Risk to child or adolescent. Do not provide the full key, passwords or access codes.
The channel shows a protocol on screen and receives review. For purchase questions, use through the form on the Contact page or by e-mail at support@tranzioagenciamento.com. For personal data, use through the data subject request form or by e-mail at support@tranzioagenciamento.com. Support requests receive a reply within 5 days.
6. Laws and more information
This page takes account of Law No. 15.211/2025 and Decree No. 12.880/2026, in addition to the LGPD and CDC. For refunds, see Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal. For delivery and redemption, see Delivery, Redemption and Tranzio Key.
