This page clarifies that Tranzio does not offer a recurring plan.
1. Subscriptions, recurring charges and Pix Automático
Tranzio does not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or Pix Automático. Each purchase is a one-time Pix payment.
There is no recurring authorisation in the bank app, renewal charge by Tranzio, future debit, balance or store credit related to a purchase.
2. Publisher subscription codes
Some SKUs may be platform or game subscription codes, for example, a 1-month platform subscription code. Purchasing that code is a one-time purchase of a code. It does not create a subscription or recurring charge by Tranzio.
Any renewal of the publisher service is managed by the publisher under its own rules, not by Tranzio.
3. Any future offer
Before offering a subscription, recurring charge or Pix Automático, Tranzio will give prior notice, publish new Terms and require express authorisation in the bank app. Until that occurs, this functionality is not offered.
