Right of withdrawal
You may request withdrawal within 7 days after payment. Send the request in your account or through the form on this page.
Through your account
- Sign in to the account used for the purchase and open the order.
- Choose “Exercise right of withdrawal” and confirm.
- Keep the reference and track the response and refund.
How we handle the request
When the key was not delivered, or no key in the order was redeemed, we start an automatic full refund and cancel the keys. In other cases, staff review the request and reply within 5 days. Redeeming a key can affect an automatic refund, but it does not prevent you from making a request.
The refund uses the original Pix payment. It is not converted into store balance or credit.
