01Pay with PixThe QR code is valid for the time shown in the summary.
02Get your Tranzio keyIt appears in your order once Pix is confirmed, formatted XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
03Redeem when you wantIn the Redemption Centre, enter your uid and we send the credit to that account.

Check the game account region and the instructions below before redeeming. Purchases must be made by someone aged 18 or older.

How to redeem

1. Choose the product on Tranzio and pay with Pix, without providing a game account at checkout. 2. After payment confirmation, the 20-character Tranzio key appears in the order. You can keep it or give it as a gift. 3. Open the game and copy the UID from the character profile or at Settings > Account. 4. Open Redeem on the Tranzio site, enter the key, and provide the UID and Server ID, selecting Asteria or Bahamar to match the character. 5. After a security check, Tranzio sends the credit to that account. Track progress in My redemptions. Once redeemed, the key cannot be moved to another account. 6. Open the game to see the balance or item applied.

Region and notes

Select the server that matches the character. Void Pass II (Advanced, Supreme, and Upgrade Kit) has combination restrictions during the same purchase period; only one of the permitted options can be purchased.

Before payment

The key is released after Pix confirmation and security checks. You have 7 days after payment to withdraw: unredeemed keys are cancelled and the amount returns by Pix. Requests for redeemed keys are reviewed within 5 days.
