Zenless Zone Zero is a HoYoverse action RPG set in New Eridu. Tranzio sells Monochrome top-ups through a Tranzio key, made available after Pix payment confirmation, which can be kept or given as a gift; when redeeming it, the holder enters the UID and server of the account that will receive the credits after a security check. Monochromes can be exchanged for Polychromes and used for in-game items.

This game sells items with randomized contents (boxes, chests or spins). Tranzio sells only the game currency or credit, to people aged 18 or over; how it is spent in the game follows the publisher's rules.

Check the game account region and the instructions below before redeeming. Purchases must be made by someone aged 18 or older.

How to redeem

1. Choose a package on Tranzio and complete payment by Pix, without providing a game account at checkout. 2. After payment confirmation, find your 20-character Tranzio key in the order. You can keep it or give it as a gift. 3. Open the game and copy the UID shown in your profile. 4. On the Tranzio site, open "Redeem", enter the key, and provide the account's UID and Server. 5. After a security check, Tranzio sends the credits to that account. Track progress in "My redemptions". Once redeemed, the key cannot be moved to another account. 6. Open the game to see the balance.

Region and notes

Use the UID and server from the same Zenless Zone Zero account. Do not provide a password, verification code, or login details. Monochromes, balances, and virtual items are licensed to the account and must not be transferred or resold.

Before payment

The key is released after Pix confirmation and security checks. You have 7 days after payment to withdraw: unredeemed keys are cancelled and the amount returns by Pix. Requests for redeemed keys are reviewed within 5 days.
